Fund Raising Projects
The Building Fund Project – RM2.2 million
The Exco and its members are now putting their heads together to organise a few fund raising activities to raise sufficient money to construct our building.
Phase I of our building project is expected to commence in Novemberl 2010. It would cost RM1.0 million. Please help us realize our mission to make PERKOBP a model of a centre managed by parents, guardians & siblings of persons with learning difficulties.
We appeal to those who have experience in any of the fund raising activities to help us raise the required funds.
1. To write to prospective companies to appeal for financial support........RM450,000
2. To organize fund raising dinners.......................................................RM100,000
3. To organize a concert with the help of an Event Organiser..................RM150,000
4. To solicit the assistance of various print media to help raise funds......RM200,000
5. To organize a Golf tournament........................................................ RM 50,000
6. To work in partnership with Universities, Colleges, Rotary Clubs etc... RM 50,000

4. Daily Operating Cost
As we expect a marked increase in our operating cost at our new premises, we seek your financial support to help subsidize our monthly operating expenses. Your cash donations can be made to us as follows:

Our 2012 calendar is sponsored by Kawan Food Berhad. For the past years, this is the only fund raising project where we solicit the general public for support - RM5.00 contribution for a copy of the calendar.
